This floor lamp stems from a series designed for a governmental residence building of a former Eastern Europe Republic. The style is an amalgam of the classical Lobmeyr Historism seasoned with a pinch of Oriental elements creating a sophisticated lightness to the design contradicting the highly detailed ornamentation.

The fixture is made of brass with extensively refined cast elements and the typical Lobmeyr crystal pendulums and prism of the Historism line.
